Non existent customer service
I moved my homeloan from Standard bank to SA homeloans 6 months ago. FnB refuses to remove my Standard bank homeloan from my affordability. I have been told to contact the credit bereau, which I have done, it has been removed on their end and still FNB refuses to remove it from their side.

28 May 2024, 09:10After being contacted by Ayanda Gqiba last week Friday requesting proof that the above is reflecting on my affordability, I am simply being ignored. I have sent numerous email following up on this as it is an urgent matter for me. Why is this acceptable service from FNB?
