Non-existent customer service

I am currently overseas and need to provide someone with my IBAN number and swift code. I call the bank and they don't know what this is! I also can't get onto my online banking and the number provided for assistance doesn't work where I am. I emailed the above queries a week ago and no response from FNB. I am unable to do any banking because of this. I'm hoping someone reads this and can help me.
