Non existant service

There is a ********** debit order being taken off my account. I have asked the bank to help me resolve it as the service provider is not interested. All I get from the bank is its not their fault so they can't help and as it's a debit order they take their I strutting from the service provider and not from their own client. I've had forms to download ,affidavit to get from the police station, copies to be fowarded to the bank. In under an hour of submitting the requested forms I get a reply that I must refer back to the service provider. They are the ones committing the ***** so they are not willing to do anything and the bank is smiling they are earning cancellation fees. Who can help me?
