NON EXISTANT relationship banking!!

FNB !!!. DISMALL FAILURE in the relationship banking. Needless to say, like many others, I have been a victim of *****. It's been 4 weeks since I reported the ***** activity on my account, but still no communication from fnb. My card HAD cadebeen used in Italy, for a purchases, even though I had a zero balance in my account, fnb allowed the transaction to be processed. Worst is, upon receiving the incontact msg, I immediately reported the ***** via the banking app. This was useless, 2 days the amount was authorised, which took my zero balance into a complete negative. Then fnb has the audacity to charge my account with interest n penalties for this amount which they process regardless of the insufficient funds. This is completely ridiculous. I know with standard bank, if there is zero money in your accounts, the transfer will decline due to insufficient funds. Obviously FNB HAS POOR banking ETHICS. this is an alternate way to make more money off thier clients. A few years I had ***** activity on my SRANDARD BANK account, but its was investigated n resolved with 10 days, with full amount returned to my account t and no penalties. so FNB, HOW ARE YOU GONNA HELP ME.. cos your relationship banking STINKS!!
