Non disclosure of credit facility and refund not paid

Its been more than 10 days waiting for a refund. I recently app**** for debt review and have a fusion account wth FNB which was initially a credit card and it wasn't disclosed to me that it would change to an overdraft facility. My salary came in on the 22nd and the whole salary went to this overdraft. An email was sent FNB to ask for a refund on the 23rd. My rent is not paid. Groceries have not been bought plus I have a baby. The response I get is that the matter has been escalated but still no response. I am so frustrated right now.
