Non disclaimer - Ewallet service fee R9.50
FNB- non disclosure of ewallet fee of R9.50 per ewallet. Please be aware FNB has removed their disclaimer and charge you a fee( when you send money via their ewallet services via the app). Pathetic services by removing your disclosure when us as consumers use ewallet services. I was so surprised to see my bank fee charge! We all don’t have time to go onto the website to read your changes. Be transparent and not act in such ********* manner. I will be closing my Fnb account due to your clandestine business ethic.
