Non delivery!!!!

I order a device from FNB and received a SMS on 18/06/2020 that my parcel will be delivered on that day. I proceeded and took leave for the day, yet no delivery. At 16:51 RAM called me telling that they could not deliver so they made arrangements for the next day for 19/06/2020,. I took leave again from my work and waited again like an idiot for this parcel. NO delivery made!! I saw on the tracking link that they again could not deliver. Why not??? Nobody calls me to let me know they are struggling to find my address or anything.... So what is the excuse??? FNB even SMS'ed me telling me I will be held liable for the non-delivery.. Really???? I was waiting for 2 DAYS!!! Please cancel the order if this is the case as clearly the courier company is useless. I call the number *** to report this, however this guys was so uninterested in my complaint and told he cant do anything about it.
