Non debit by FNB law on call

I changed my banking details for the Law on call debit order, I furnished Capitec banking details but FNB has still not deducted the premiums. Debit date is supposed to be the 25th. The last time this happened my policy lapsed because FNB did not debit. Come on rectify this.
