Non correspondence from FNB Connect Service

I am upset with the service I have received from FNB Connect. I have since being sent false outstanding amounts of my bill (which had been up to date ). 1. January 18, 2018: I was emailed a bill of R 1197-00. I queried the bill, no one emailed me back, called or sent any response whatsoever. I called up a consultant and told her that on the month that I did not pay, my line was cut off. I had money mid February which then R399 was deducted and thus my line was back on. This, by my understanding, was how the service works. No money, no minutes.

2. April 14, 2018: I was emailed a bill of R 798, of which I queried on April 16, 2018. Still, no correspondence was received. Then I realized that R399 was deducted on 11 April for May 2018. I went to the Southgate FNB branch to try to reverse the amount, of which I was unsuccessful. I then was transferred to a call of which I asked for the service to be cancelled. The consultant told me that it would be cancelled after the May service was used up. Then she said as of 01 June 2018 I will be off the service.

3. May 18, 2018, I received yet another bill of R798 has been emailed to me.

I need this matter resolved as this is nonsense. Its either the billing department is being handled by halfwits who do no even value customers to respond to queries or I am a victim of automated billing for no good reason.

I have moved all my funds to Capitec as I am to close my personal account with FNB. No one has attempted to be helpful. I hereby demand written communication that I am off the service and that my bill has been resolved. WRITTEN CONFIRMATION.

Regards
