NON COMPLIANCE OF FICA REGULATIONS
As usual, FNB doing their own thing. Only today I realise the address printed on my statement is an address I never provided to them when opening my cheque account a few months ago. The address currently printed is an address I used for my vehicle finance account over 10 years ago. Disappointing that thus far to have a cheque account my way I’ve had to scream and shout. FNB … once again, in the same way you decided to use an address I didn’t even remember I had, change it to what I provided you … AND DONT DARE ASK ME TO COME INTO A BRANCH FOR THIS.
