Non authorized debit order

I am very disgusted by FNB. This morning they debited R2276 on my account without my concern. I really feel FNB has invaded my privacy and violated my rights as their customer. I mean i have trusted them to look after my money yet their are the ones who take my whole R2000 without my concern/autorization. THIS TOTALLY bad service from FNB. THIS TOTALLY bad service from FNB.
