Nomvula accuse me of *****!

Hi,<br> <br> I phoned the home loan department to inquire about paying off a bond but still keeping the flexi option open. It was just a general inquiry. I inherited some money and would like to contribute towards the bond that my husband and myself are paying off. I NEVER pretended or said I was the bond holder with this call. When Nomvula asked if I was the bond holder I said no and she accused me of *****! How is a general inquiry *****??? She even threatened to make a note on the system to report me as a ********** caller! So how am I supposed to obtain information on how a flexi bond or any other bond works? I made the call at 9:16 on the 5th of June 2015.<br> <br> I would ask that this woman do not work with customers in future. You can't just go around and accuse people of *****. I will provide my husbands bond account number in the section below.
