Nobody wants to be accountable

It been 3months posting twice a month here about FNB and each and every time I posted here they respond to hello Peter and keep me waiting with thousands of Ref numbers and thousands of emails from all their departments but until today there is no answer. I've called NCC and I was told to email info@infosa because this is a prescribed debt either way so it will be a waste of time.
