Nobody knows what they are doing at FNB

After attempting to sign up for FNB business law on call and holding for over an hour and a half, speaking to numerous bots and various consultants I am still unable to get through to an actual consultant who can help me. I still have not been allocated a business banker after my last interaction with FNB, Thus far I have been provided with the following numbers, and told they will all take me to the business law on call call centre: *** *** *** *** It appears FNB honestly has no idea what anyone with FNB is doing or where to transfer their clients. I am really sick of speaking to bots and untrained call centre agents. FNB your service really is appalling!
