Nobody gets their story straight!!!!!

I requested my credit card limit increased on Sunday the 20/09/2015. I got a message to say that it had been approved. Nothing indicating that it is subject to change or how long it will take for the fund to be available. Since then i have made contact with the call centre & have spoken to 10 different people who don't have a clue about where they either need to transfer you to or they transfer you back to the same ques. I have received countless different explanations as to what is happening only to find out by agent number 9 that it has been declined. Agent number 9 then transfers me to another agent because the supervisors are busy. Agent 10 then advises me that my application has been declined & that she can submit another application that will take 3 to 5 days. She cant transfer me to anybody. By this time my battery is dying & i ask her to call me back & she says that she cant because they don't have that facility. In that time i do another application & it is again approved.
