Nobody cares

I have complained to Hello Peter before about my Lodger who is dying in my flat. Begged FNB Tableview to make a home visit but get totally ignored. He wants me to handle his affairs if he passes away but they need to come to my home and bring the necessary forms as he cannot get out of bed so cannot bring him into the bank. He says he has a Funeral Policy and a Will. The bank will not confirm this and I am busy trying to save R15000 for his funeral should he pass away. The only account I know of is FNB ********** 1718. His I.D number is ********** 049084. His name is Johan Nico Janse Van Rensberg. He says R80 gets taken off his Bank Account for a Funeral Policy. Is there another account I do not know about. Please will somebody help me as am going through hell and on the verge of a nervous breakdown. He won't see a Doctor or go to Hospital. I have written to Social Services in the Government to help me but they have not even acknowledged my email. Does nobody in this Country care?
