Nobody can help with something simple

My mother in law opened an FNB Easy Account as she wanted to make Global Payments online. My wife and I both have FNB Easy Accounts that can do this with no problem, so does both my parents. On her account however it just throws an error "No accounts available to perform a Global Payment" when trying to create a beneficiary.

We called FNB a dozen times each time being referred to another department with no-one able to help. When calling the branch where the account was opened you just get back to the National Call Center.

We also opened a support request: ********** Q. This got 'escalated', but the only reply we received was "Please contact our forex advisory desk on ***or on the international numbers 27 11 ********** , 27 11 ********** or 27 11 ********** in order for one of our agents to assist you with the payment online." That's obviously not helpful as we clearly mentioned that we have been calling for days to Forex and all other departments like Online Banking, General Enquiries, Branch Support, etc, etc.

The request is simple. Please fix the issue so that my mother in law can make online payments.

This is getting ridiculous. The issue got escalated and a day or two later I got an email from the branch manager requesting FICA documents which has already been provided at the time of opening the account. When replying to the email with the necessary document it comes back with the error: Your message wasn't delivered to ********** because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email. The branch manager also asked that my mother in law phones in, but the number listed just takes you to the call centre again where they won't direct you to the branch. Absolutely disgusting service from FNB.
