Nobody at FNB knows how to link my wife's credit card to my online banking
My wife contacted Card Division to giving me signing authority on her credit card and have it linked to my Online Banking. Its been three weeks and she's completed two forms but still not done. When we phoned card division to find out why, they said we must go into the branch. We went to Southdale branch, and not even the team leader new what to do. Pathetic!!!

29 Oct 2019, 10:11I'd like to add that this is a failure on card division's side and not Southdale branch. My wife was dealing with Card Division for almost 3 weeks. They first asked her to sign a specific form, which she did. A few days go by, nothing happens. She calls back, then they ask her to send copies of ID, which she did. A few days go by, still nothing happens. She calls back, then they ask her to sign another form, which she did. A few days go by again, still nothing happens. Then I phone Card Division and they say it must be done at the branch. So I go into the branch and tear into the service consultants and its not their fault. All this frustration could have been avoided had Card Division advised us correctly in the first place.
