No words for FNB anymore

It's been a month and yet my refund was not done no response from FNB ... I rep**** and called the lady that left me a voice in December 2023 and yet no response from her .... This is really the worst bank ever to deal with 😱 everything is such a struggle not even the branch can help me cause apparently they don't deal with bonds my goodness
