I was chatting enquiring about the extra R2 that one receives when full pet @ engen - so previous consultant advised me wrong. - which is fine don’t really care now. But this response I received from Kelly today was atrocious Please see below. Not taking accountability rather blame it to the previous consultant and advise me to take it up with her
