No Wonder Capitec is Outgrowing FNB

I downgraded from an RMB Private Clients account to a Premier Fusion account because RMB could not provide me with any reason as to why I pay R625/month to bank with them. If I had an query with my "personal banker and his assistant" I had to do it anyway on my own through the My Service Suite. Even the migration from RMB to the Premier Fusion account was a mess. Now I see I pay R2/payment??!! What the actual.. NO WONDER CAPITEC as surpassed you. Stop hosting lavish RMB functions rather keep your fees down. I'm still waiting on a response for the R2/payment transaction as your My Service Suite is having issues, like always.
