No visable security at Howick Fnb atms after 6pm

Fnb Howick was sent an email on the 5.01.2019 re lack of visable security at their atms after 6pm in the evenings when wanting to deposit cash. Area at ATMs has many unwanted people hanging around which is not safe for any one wanting to do banking. I have not had any feedback or reply to my email. The 24hr help number is also not a 24hr help number as indicated on the fnb phone directory, there is none and all refers to office hrs for assurance?
