No verification done on cellphone numbers given by potential clients

REF: ********** – As sent by you RB JACOBS On this weekend past I received a message via messenger that I needed to forward you the email so that you can assist me in this matter. As you will see, you did receive and read the message as shown on the attachment. I have never found such incompetence in my life. Your bank seems unable to communicate with each other as there are so many different departments that it shocks me. But in any case: As set out below, you will see that I have a real concern regarding your bank’s ability to run a business. Not only does your bank not have the security measures to check a simple cell number to verify a customer’s number, but your funeral sales department puts in any information they want on a policy. Surely no one can be this ***********? My first complaint: Suzette S Jacobs is and has been using my Cell number as her own. I am receiving her notifications......I have reported this ***** to your Woodlands Branch and I was given the assurance that my cell number will be taken of her account. It has not happened as you will find out in my second complaint. My second complaint: On Monday, 26 Sept 2016 I received a SMS that a funeral policy has lapsed due to non-payment. Immediately I went onto my bank account and I saw that it is not my funeral policy that lapsed, but her policy. I phoned your customer service department. I wanted to find out how come I received her SMS. Great was my shock when I discovered that the information that your bank has for my funeral policy is all **********. The information on my policy is dated 2012 on a policy that was acquired in Jan 2015. I asked the customer care lady how come my information was incorrect and I could not receive a straight answer from her. We spoke about half an hour. I demanded that her manager phone me on Tuesday 27 Sept 2016, and when she agreed, I said goodbye. SHE DIDN'T ASK ME MY CELL NUMBER!!!!!!! Thus I am still waiting for the manager's phone call as my address and my cell number on the policy is from 2012 and I don't live at the address or own that number anymore. I cannot understand that it can be so difficult to verify not only information but also cell numbers on a customer’s information that they give you. As to my second complaint: to be told that I gave that information that is on the policy, which imply that I **** to her, is a lie. I haven’t lived at the information on my policy since 2012 and that policy was activated on Jan 2015. I NEED to sort this out NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I once again send this email, and please know I am keeping track and notes of every phone call, text, message etc to take this further if necessary, to show that FNB bank is not a safe and secure bank
