No Value Add Whatsoever

I needed to get documents signed by Commissioner of Oaths and as I needed a bank statement as well I proceeded to FNB Carnival Mall. I wa informed that the branch manager was the only person who could assist but he was off for the day?! I then went to FNB North Ranf Road Boksburg and was informed by the Branch that this service was no longer from FNB and must go to SAPS???? Since when
