No update/Communication on Late Estate status

On 23 June 2020, we reported the death of our father. FNB was quick to assist with sharing the estate management process and requested documentation which was provided. We have been dealing with Charmaine September (FNB Wealth and Investment from the Menlyn office).

The reason I am writing this complaint is the last time we heard from Charmaine was on the 5th January 2021. Since then I have been following up but, with no response. Recently I even copied her colleague, M Synman yet not another response.

Can someone from FNB advise when the late estate will be finalized or at least give a current status as next month will be exactly 9 months (turnaround time) since the estate was reported.
