No update or communication at all

The same review different date as what FNB did was to cancel the card and re-issue a new debit card then gave the reference number and said the ***** case has has been opened and will be updated on reversal or reason not to reverse will be provided then that was it. Where is communication? No one is keeping me updated on what is the latest? Atleast say how many weeks or months will it take for this query to be resolved and how far are you. Imagine a case of 2x R359.13 taking so long with no update. How about a very serious big amount? It means it will take decades. We just have to stay scared.

BELOW IS THE ORIGINAL STORY/ REVIEW.

I do not know this is the way I would rather get assisted by FNB everytime I need help. There is an app and always advertise banking digitally but you just cant. I have 2 ********** devices card online purchases that happened in my account on Sunday night. 2x R359.13 were debited from my account midnight Sunday. I temporarily blocked my card immediately and tried to reach out to FNB via Securechat debit card transaction dispute via the app to report this transactions and get them reversed. Since yesterday I have been trying and it keeps on saying no transactions available but my money is gone, it is no more under pending it is through. Tried to call I hold like nobody's business. With no enough airtime to hold on and I am unable to go to the branch, due to school closure I cannot go with my 3kids to the bank. It is so frustrating being scared to transact with the card temporarily blocked I cant even swipe bread for my kids as am scared. I needed to sort this out before I unblock my card. My husband had to go via hellopeter last week already for him to be assisted, now hardly a week it's me. I believe it's time all our accounts are moved to where we will be assisted instantly without frustration. I am so frustrated, worse part I have been with FNB since 2007 and now this or maybe i dont bring enough money to the bank i dont know.
