No update on credit report and ***** query!

So I had a Temporary Loan taken out in the beginning of April 2020. This was immediately settled end of April. On Clearscore...it shows I owe the bank that money still and shows I haven't kept to make payment. This is ridiculous!!!! It's October and still not fixed!!!!

Also two loan companies who are ********** took from my money...I sent FNB all the documents to the ***** department...the debit/credit card department and general dispute department..still no one assisted me in recovery of my money! Shifting me from pillar to post! Another two moths of I'll treating loyal clients and no response or taking the ownership to follow up on it.

Please I would like my matters sorted asap as this lack of professionalism has messed up my credit score...I can't get. Loan no place because if this!

Here's a lovely thought...maybe due to all this *********** manner grant me either avremo loan again or a loan as because of FNB I can't get a loan anywhere else.
