No Update from FNB on Settlement

I am following up regarding my settlement matter (***/RMO20400), which was sent to FNB by Neil Govender Attorneys on 14 October 2025.

Although the communicated timeframe for finalisation is 30 days, it is now 5 November, and I have not received any confirmation that FNB has received all the documents or that the process is underway. From my understanding, these payments are normally processed well before the 30-day mark, so the lack of feedback is concerning.

I have sent follow-up emails to Ms. Ruby Diphoko and others at FNB, but have not received any response. I would appreciate confirmation that everything has been received from the attorneys and that the matter is being processed, to avoid the need for further follow-up after the 14th of November.
