NO TV DELIVERED!!

Hi,

I ordered a TV on black Friday through the Ebucks shop and to date (13 Jan), still nothing has been received. Not even a delivery date in sight.

I am appalled by the lack of determination to have the TV delivered, I was advised that there was no stock available. This is not an acceptable excuse - money was paid but nothing was delivered. FNB could have obtained an alternative solution to the problem. If I knew at the time that I would have had to wait this long for it to be delivered, I would have definitely taken my business elsewhere.

So much for watching TV during my December lockdown
