No trust in my available balances

I received this on 25 March and it is happening far to often with FNB. I do not have any trust in my available balances in my accounts anymore. I checked the automated emails on my payments on those days and it was deducted from my available balance at the time of the purchases. It is only processed 21 days after the purchase.

I need a recon of my credit card account as the transactions of 4 March are on the statement. What other surprises do I need to know of???
