No transparency with bank charges

So I have an aspire account with fnb. Usually my monthly bank charges are under 80r. Today I gwt an additional charge of R208. When I ask for a breakdown and for the smart suite agents to show me exactly how much and for which transactions I'm being charged, I get given my transactions, which I'm told is R2 per transaction. I added these and they amount to R108. Not R208. My statement is not showing this 2r charge. So I must just take fnb at face value and pay and yet you cannot show me the charges under each transaction??? Sorry no. I want transparency. I want to see how much I am being charged so that I can bank effectively and not incur additional charges above and beyond my usual 80r. And you must know I am up to my eye***** with irritation as far as fnb is concerned. Not only that, my online statement via phone only goes up to 18 July!! Thats a me problem. If I want up to date statement it costs me R56 at atm!!. All the charges for any transaction usually goes off immediately, except my monthly fee. Now this?? I want to see what i am paying for. And I have a list of the transactions I'm being charged for according to the agents and note at R2 each they dont add up to R208 at all.
