No title deed

I’m writing this one on behalf of my mother:

In 2017 she settled her home loan and was promised the title deed but till today there’s no title deed. She has had several people managing Dyson Attorneys and each have told her different stories. Now, the issue at hand that’s just surfaced is the fact that the FNB branch that had all of my mother’s physical documentation moved and in the event, lost some documentation and we 1. We have just found that out and most obviously 2. There is no title deed.

All of this is not at the fault of my mother but the lack of communication and transparency between her, Dyson and FNB.

We cannot be waiting for 5 years for a title deed. We need FNB to play it’s role in this whole matter.
