NO TCF whatsover!!!!!!!

Freaken ridiculous, the customer care on the Aspire side is appalling, those people need to be trained on basic customer service and product knowledge, the service is completely different from the Premier account, people there were more knowledgeable than the ones at Aspire, seeing that we all pay fees, i don't see why we should get inferior service. My balances are not showing correctly on both the app and online, when i call into Aspire, my call is clearly dropped twice and the other 2 times i spoke to someone they dont understand what i'm querying and the call drops again.
