NO support only harassment!

I'm very dissatisfied with the service I'm getting from FNB on many levels and right now my problem is that I have tried to get through to someone to assist me and have left a complaint and still no-one has got back to me. I have a inward payment that I'm in desperately in need of that was made last Thursday by our distributors in Germany, I have yet to receive my security call confirming what the funds are for and going to the bank doesn't really help either because everything in telephonic and the queues are insane, what does it take to get some service. I'm an a entrepreneur struggling to get a new Bussiness of the ground due to having been hit so badly by this pandemic due to our reliance on tourism and we get absolutely no support from the bank only harassment.
