No Support if they not making money from you

FNB - No Support

I have been trying for months to downgrade my accounts from FNB Private Banking to Platinum account with no luck. I just don't use any feature and don't want to pay for the color of my card.

I tried at a branch and later found out that I have been upgraded to private wealth. I tried calling and after finally getting to a person to explain they transferred me and dropped the call. I tried through the app and after minute wait per each response on many occasions, I have just given up. I also lodged 2 complaints on the website. It seams there is JUST NO SUPPORT if FNB has not incentive to make money of you.

I was an advocate for people to change from Absa and Standard bank for many years but after this experience I will be moving to Nedbank. Regards Nesen Moodley
