No support from FNB
I have been with the bank for almost 10 years, recently I can't even be approved for a overdraft of R500 or increase my credit card limit, recently I app**** for vehicle finance but with no success, another bank gave me the finance for the vehicle. Went to the bank about a month ago and not one person could give me answers. Looks like to me that if you don't have a platinum account you are not that important to FNB. I am strongly considering to move to another bank, currently I have no support from the bank, I receive more support and help from other banks than my own.
