No Support FNB business
good day
i have opened a online business bank account 3 days and was supposed to receive a call for assistance,i have called in and they said i should call in 2 days.i have been trying to get through but no assistance.when i log into the account everything is blanc no account number or anything

20 Nov 2020, 14:34i have just had terrible service from FNB,i waited on the line for 1 hour and when i get through a lady answers she was so rude she didn't want to give me her name as well as i said have take my id number and have a look at my account her response was"i don't need to have a look at your account" i then asked for her name and cuts me of.if FNB has staff like this that think she is doing me a Favor on my business account i will not deal with that.i have all my accounts with FNB.
FNB please listen to the voice recording of that call of your staff member at around 2pm 20/11/2020 i was transferred from the banking department to her .
