No support - COVID 19 relief
I asked for COVID 19 relief with FNB. They have rep**** that they cannot help me with my credit card, which is understandable as their is some issues. They have not said anything about my overdraft or revolving loan, many phone calls later and still have no answers, other banks were quick to respond and help out, my own bank though...nothing. Thinking of switching to other bank after the Lockdown.
