No support avail for FNB banking app!!

Can’t buy airtime on my phone FNB banking app. Spoke to consultants … messaged … emailed. Nobody is capable!!! Walked into a branch this morning … they made me call and speak to an agent. ***. FNB service is the worst?!??!
