No support and understanding

I have generally been happy with FNB for the last few years. I think they are great bank but not of recent. I have 2 loans with FNB and a OD. I have recently landed myself in financial trouble I am unable to pay my loan amounts back in full. I phoned FNB the other day to see if I could make an arrangement and the feedback was only thing they could offer was a consolidation loan. Now I know these loan types, it wont even come close to the lowered amount needed. The guys just said well sorry cant help. Now I am aware this is my bad decisions that got me in this mess but I am really trying to sort this out. I am running out of money by the 10th monthly and was previously able to borrow money to survive till month end but that has now come to an end. I have to survive and am desperate. All I am asking for is a 1/3 reduced rate for about a year so I can survive. Extend loan period or whatever but I lieterally cant afford more. If FNB going to be so hardball about this, it is going to literally force me to change my banks and then eft monthly what I can afford ,cause I cant stop the loan debits as I am a FNB client so they wont allow this. Either a plan can be made or they are going to lose a premier client. Sad, but I am desperate and need to survive. I really find it a harsh that they cant help. I turned down debt counselling but now re-thinking it cause I tried and failed!!!

Reviewer Update

Hi guys

Someone did call me last week but I was told I would have feedback in 24 hours. I am running out of time before payroll cut off and need to know if I must change my salary into another bank. If I dont get feedback/decision by tomorrow I am going to change my banks.
