NO SUPERVISOR ON THE FLOOR

<p>on the phone with your credit card division, asked the agent how were funds taken out of my account by CNA when i had made no purchase. she could not answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wated for 10 minutes for her to get a supervisor, she comes back to me saying that there is no supervisor on the floor, they have all knocked off and i must leave my details and someone will get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>so i asked a simple question, how is it that you have a call centre open for business with NO active supervisor on the floor? and i was then told to hold again as she just saw one of the supervisors who she thinks went out for a smoke and will call him. its been another 3 minutes, im still on hold</p>
