No such thing as private banking

No such thing as private banking. My banker is constantly changing without notification. I was completely left without a banker for the month of January 2021. The new banker's excuse for not assisting me was that all Gmail emails went to his SPAM folder. Poor excuses for no service, poor communication to match.
