No success opening a Smart Account Online

Good day

I have been trying for days to open a Smart account with FNB with no success, i have been at the bank branch in Nigel but i can not stand in the rows so long, i app**** online but at the end of application a message comes up aystem unavailable.... ERROR.. please can you assist me with just the basic to open this account as i am unable to always just visit the brance.

And my surname is no longer VAN WYK its BUTTON. My surname was changed to BUTTON back in 2008 already by marriage, and since also being divorced from the previous spouse. 4 years ago
