No Student Support

Terrible experience with the study loan departments. I went to several major FNB branches in Gauteng to query about a Loan I already have, as well as to find out if I have options to Top it up as I would like to continue studying this year. As FNB apparently changed their entire system to only be over the phone or online, not a single branch could provide a consultant in any form. Which would be understandable if their systems worked. It doesn't. I've tried calling them, I've tried contacting them via their website, I've send several requests for them to contact me (as explained by staff unable to help me themselves), with no success. In previous years this has never happened, and it saddens me to see how far they've fallen.
