No Statements Received from March 2015
Both my parents have an FNB Classic Credit with FNB. They are both pensioners and since March 2015 no statements have been posted to them. Although the postal strike is over they are not getting any correspondance from FNB. My dad has on several occasions spoken to the FNB Trade Route Mall however this problem still persists. A lady by the name of Charlaine Patrick assisted my dad on the 21st of April and sent the complaint on behalf of my parents via courier however still no response.

My parents are elderly and cannot keep going to FNB and waiting in their long queues for upto two hours every month. The cost involved for every trip is R40 at a time. FNB does not reimburse them and they don't take responsibility for their actions.

When my parents request a budget limit increase they are giving a run around and excuses every time. They are certainly not helping my parents according to their slogan \HOW CAN WE HELP YOU". These accounts are always paid and kept up to date.

Will someone from FNB Card Division call my dad AK Moolla on *** and assist him urgently. They do not have access email or the internet. Kindly note on a Friday my parents are not available."""
