no statements - no update of information

We have updated our rica information in February 2023 online. Nothing has been done to update the details. Further di I no longer receive statements via email. This suddenly has stopped. I am not able to use the banking app as the online side of our business account does not register a administrator. How long is this going to take to rectify as in 8 months nothing has happened.
