No statements in spite of numerous requests.

I used to get regular Home Loan statements per e-mail, but it has stopped since September 2019. I have written NUMEROUS mails to FNB Housing asking WHY I no longer receive statements, but all my mails were ignored. I also want a confirmation of my interest rate, which was approved at 9,8%. Once again, numerous mails asking for this confirmation has been ignored.

It is sad that customers can contact FNB ONLY via Hello Peter and that it is impossible to communicate with FNB via any other channels. All other channels - even walking into a branch, are useless.
