No Statements from FNB over a year

I was on unpaid maternity leave for months Sep 2013 to Dec 2013. I fell behind with my FNB Credit card payment. When I returned to work I made arrangement to try and pay off my debt. FNB and I agreed on R1500 monthly. I've been making those payment since Jan 2014 to date.

However I haven't received any statement regarding my balance and my interest. I received a call from FNB because my Jan 2015 payment was late. When I asked them about my balance, it's still very high. So I don't understand why there isn't improvement on my balance. it is very frustrating to be making so many payment and you don't even get statement to see how much you have paid and how much you still owe. I feel like it's totally unprofessional for FNB to treat it's client like that.

I was also behind with my Discovery Credit card. I also made the arrangement. At the present moment I can see the difference in the balance, and I'm also done paying it off.

Both my credit cards owed the same amount.
