No statements

Wrote a review yesterday about a credit card that apparently is still active although I paid it off and haven't heard a thing from FNB credit card since. That was April 2023. And now they want me to pay R850 maintenance fee for a credit card that does not exist, I have no accounts with FNB whatsoever. Now today all of a sudden I get a mail from the FNB credit card about an interest fee change. A mass mail. The last update I got from them was 2018/12/04. FNB have contacted me telling that some agent will contact me because I refuse to pay the R850 service fees for a credit card that I dont have, and I have not been sent a statement since I settled my FNB credit card. The service is beyond bad.
