No speedy resolutions with home loan servicing

I have noticed with other banks that paying off your home loans when you have additional amount was not a big problem. With FNB their apps don't work or has an email inbox that responds to you in 5-7 working days.

The last part payment I had to sort out writing a review here and sorted in a day.

Again, struggling to get this sorted with home loan consultants.
